National Incubation Centre Islamabad Unveils New Collaboration Network

The National Incubation Centre (NIC) in Islamabad, supported by the Ignite Fund under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, has announced a new partnership network, set to enhance opportunities for startups. This initiative includes a diverse array of industry leaders and innovators such as Hashoo Group, Fauji Foundation, Telenor, CyberVision, and Change Mechanics, each bringing unique expertise and resources to the ecosystem.


NIC Islamabad is launching a groundbreaking acceleration program funded by the Ignite Fund, offering startups a significant grant to facilitate global market entry. Moreover, the center has established international partnerships with renowned entities like Mass Challenge and Founders Institute to provide extensive mentorship and networking opportunities.


Additionally, the NIC has initiated sector-specific tracks such as HealthTech and DeepTech, with collaborations from major health institutes and tech companies specializing in AI and blockchain, respectively. There’s also a special focus on women-led startups, partnering with various women’s chambers of commerce and initiatives to support female entrepreneurs.


This revamped NIC not only promises advanced facilities and a nurturing environment for innovation but also positions itself as a crucial hub for entrepreneurial success in the region.
