Pakistan’s Exports to Reach New Summit of $38 Billion This Year

For the first time in the history of Pakistan export, products and services will reach $38 billion in the current fiscal year.
According to Chief Executive Arif Ahmed, Pakistan had shipped rice worth $2.2 billion. This amount may rise to $5 billion if advanced crop-growing, harvesting, and processing methods are used.
Similarly, Pakistan export of pharmaceutical are currently valued at $300 million. This figure can be increased by five to six times in the next years. IT exports, on the other hand, have a lot of potential.
