A New Milestone for SUPARCO

Pakistan’s second indigenously developed electro-optical Earth observation satellite, the EO-2, was recently released into orbit by Pakistan’s Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) from the Yangjiang Sea Launch Center in China. EO-2 was designed at Pakistan’s Satellite Research and Development Center, a reflection of rising local expertise in space systems.
