Telenor Pakistan has signed a partnership with Bookme.pk to provide convenience to its customers by offering an easy way of purchasing tickets even if they do not have access to smart digital devices such as computers. This is aimed at providing customers with better opportunities for purchasing tickets for movies, books, buses, trains, cinemas, hotels, tours, events, and many more.
While talking about this partnership, the Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Umair Mohsin said, “Telenor Pakistan has always been keen on its commitment towards ensuring that we digitize the value chain and continue to innovate in our distribution model. I can proudly say that we’re harnessing an increasingly digital economy to reimagine access to services and products. We will continue working towards building an inclusive society via our retail distribution platform Apollo and partnership with Bookme is a key pillar to our strategy where we are able to now give assisted purchase of non-Telco services offered by Bookme to our consumers .”
To give the audience a better understanding of this project, the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Faizan Aslam stated, “This is a game-changer for both companies. It will help us in our mission to bring the convenience of digital bookings to those who were previously left out due to a lack of access to smartphones or digital payments. We are determined to empower these communities by offering them a wide range of travel options at discounted prices and eliminating the uncertainty of securing a seat or paying the right price for their next trip.”
