Recently, Easypaisa has been reported to join hands with Faysal Funds with the vision to financially empower all Pakistanis by facilitating them with a new approach to the untapped market of about 14 million Easypaisa customers.
This collaboration was signed by the CEO of Telenor Microfinance Bank/Easypaisa, M. Mudassar Aqil, and the CEO of Faysal Funds, Khaldoon Bin Latif. This new approach introduces the digital transformation of the Asset Management Industry and Fund Management through a mini-app that is joined directly to the Easypaisa app.
This agreement permits Easypaisa customers to easily invest and withdraw transactions, access transaction history, examine the fund performance and collect their account statement from the easy paisa app by opening an account with Faysal Funds. This procedure does not require any document submission.
Talking about this collaboration, M. Muidassar Aqil stated, “We are excited to partner with Faysal Funds as this partnership will enable us to carry forward our mission of a financially inclusive Pakistan and help millions of Pakistanis to make easy and convenient investments in a frictionless, digital process.”
To facilitate the customers by keeping their investments secure, they will be offered low to medium-risk bespoke products, available in the investment category of the mini-app section in the Easypaisa app.
